نحن نحرص على تقديم خيارات شحن سريعة وموثوقة لضمان وصول طلبك في الوقت المناسب.
مدة تجهيز الطلب: من ٤ إلى ١٤ يوم عمل.
مدة الشحن السريع : من ٢ إلى ٤ أيام عمل.
مده الشحن العادي : ٧ - ١٠ ايام
ملاحظة:
جداول تسليم وإنتاج العباءات لا تشمل أيام الجمعة.
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن بناءً على عدد المنتجات المطلوبة، وستُضاف رسوم الشحن إلى إجمالي الطلب عند إتمام عملية الدفع.
سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال
الاسترجاع
جميع المبيعات نهائية. لا نقوم برد المبالغ المدفوعة أو استبدال المنتجات تحت أي ظرف، بما في ذلك المنتجات غير المستخدمة أو غير المغسولة والمرفقة بالبطاقات الأصلية.
سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد:
لا تتوفر أي عمليات استرداد للمبالغ المدفوعة على جميع المشتريات (داخل المتجر، عبر الإنترنت، أو في الفعاليات)، إلا في حال كان المنتج به عيب تصنيع، أو تالف عند الاستلام، أو تم تنفيذه بشكل غير صحيح، وذلك بعد موافقة فريق العمل فقط
استثناء:
يمكن للطلبات داخل قطر الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ فقط في حال تم إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء عملية التفصيل.

We are keen to provide fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your order arrives on time.
Order preparation time: 4 to 14 business days.
Express shipping time: 2 to 4 business days.
Standard shipping time: 7 - 10 days.
Note:
Abaya production and delivery schedules do not include Fridays.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of products ordered and will be added to the total order at checkout.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange products under any circumstances, including unused or unwashed items with the original tags attached.
Return & Refund:
No refunds are available on any purchases (in-store, online, or at events) unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled, and only with team approval.
Exception:
Orders within Qatar can be canceled and refunded only if the cancellation occurs before the tailoring process begins.
