نحن نحرص على تقديم خيارات شحن سريعة وموثوقة لضمان وصول طلبك في الوقت المناسب.

 

• مدة تجهيز الطلب: من ٤ إلى ١٤ يوم عمل.
• مدة الشحن عبر DHL: من ٢ إلى ٤ أيام عمل.

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن بناءً على عدد المنتجات المطلوبة، وستُضاف رسوم الشحن إلى إجمالي الطلب عند إتمام عملية الدفع.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

الاسترجاع

جميع المبيعات نهائية. لا نقوم برد المبالغ المدفوعة أو استبدال المنتجات تحت أي ظرف، بما في ذلك المنتجات غير المستخدمة أو غير المغسولة والمرفقة بالبطاقات الأصلية.

استثناء:

يمكن للطلبات داخل قطر الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ فقط في حال تم إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء عملية التفصيل.

 

التعديلات

يتم تصنيع جميع قطعنا وفقًا للمقاسات القياسية المعتمدة.

ولا نوفر حالياً خدمة تخصيص أو تعديل المنتجات بعد إتمام الشراء.

ومع ذلك، قد تكون المشتريات داخل قطر مؤهلة لخدمة التعديلات حسب الحاجة

We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order reaches you on time.

• Order Processing Time: 4–14 business days.
• Shipping Time via DHL: 2–4 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the quantity of items in your order and will be added during checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

All sales are considered final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes items that are unworn, unwashed, and still bearing their original tags.

Exception:

Orders within Qatar may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund only if the cancellation request is made before the production process begins.

Alterations

Our garments are designed and produced according to standard size charts.

At this time, we do not offer customizations or alterations post-purchase.

However, for purchases made within Qatar, alteration services may be available.

 

Delivery and Replacement Policy

In any requests for replacement in abaya due to dissatisfaction with the original order, the following terms apply:

The client is responsible for paying the delivery fee for the replacement item.

The client must ensure availability to receive the order on the first delivery attempt.

Failure to accept or receive the order during the first delivery attempt will result in automatic cancellation of the replacement order. No second delivery attempt will be made.
